Applications move at different speeds. Keep your own record of the progress and context that matter for each one.
Start with the role
Tailor a resume for a job. The role and its tailored version stay together in your dashboard.
Record your progress
Apply through the employer’s process, then update the status. Keep the tracker in step with what has happened.
Keep the context
Add notes after calls, interviews, or follow-ups so useful details stay with the application.
Find it again
Search by role or company, filter by status, and return to the resume and notes before your next conversation.
Remember the role and the details.
Before a recruiter call, return to the experience you highlighted. After an interview, write down what you learned. Your application has a history you can come back to.

What does the application tracker keep together?
The tracker brings together your tailored resumes, their roles and companies, application statuses, and your timeline notes. Each application stays connected to the resume you tailored for that job.
Which application statuses can I use?
The available statuses are Draft, Applied, Downloaded, Interviewing, Offer, Rejected, and Withdrawn. Update a role’s status as your application progresses. Downloading a resume does not mean that you have submitted an application.
Does it apply to jobs or sync employer updates automatically?
You submit applications through the employer’s process and record progress in TailorMe. Update the application status when you apply, hear back, or make a decision. The tracker does not automatically apply for you or sync hiring decisions from employers.
What can I put in the notes?
Keep a record of recruiter calls, interview dates, follow-ups, and preparation points. Notes appear in a timeline for the application, so you can return to the context before your next conversation.
Can I find a particular role quickly?
Yes. Search your applications by role or company and filter by application status. Open the associated tailored resume when you need to review what you prepared for that opportunity.
Does this example save my changes?
The public example uses fictional roles. You can filter them, update an example status, and add a note to explore the workflow. Those changes stay in the preview and reset on reload. Sign in to use your own application workspace.
