These Terms of Service (Terms) are a binding agreement between you and Chillify, LLC (the Company, we, us, or our) and govern your access to and use of TailorMe.

Use of services

You must use TailorMe in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for content you upload and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features may require a subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are provided at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. TailorMe Pro includes a 14-day money-back guarantee as described in our Return Policy.

If a plan is described as unlimited, that means fair-use unlimited for ordinary personal resume tailoring by the account holder. Unlimited access does not permit account sharing, resale, outsourced resume generation, automated or scripted bulk use, benchmarking or load testing without our written permission, attempts to bypass rate limits or security controls, or use that materially degrades TailorMe for other users.

We may apply reasonable safeguards to unlimited plans, including temporary throttles, concurrent generation limits, repeated-failure cooldowns, internal abuse ceilings, account review, suspension, or termination. We may contact you if usage appears unusually high or inconsistent with personal job-search use.

Professional headshot generation is available only on paid plans and is limited to 20 generated headshots per calendar month for each account.

Intellectual property

TailorMe and its software, branding, and content are owned by Chillify, LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in our services.

Disclaimers

TailorMe provides AI-assisted outputs for informational and productivity purposes. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chillify, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TailorMe.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service. You may stop using the services at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TailorMe after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
