Frequently asked questions
- TailorMe has tailored over 100,000 resumes. It brings job-specific resume tailoring, keyword feedback, editing, ATS-friendly PDF exports, and application tracking into one workflow. Start with your resume and a job posting, then review a version tailored to that opportunity without building your own prompts or formatting everything yourself.
- We benchmark TailorMe’s resumes against common applicant tracking systems, including Ashby and Greenhouse, to ensure compatibility and maximize readability across hiring platforms.
- Yes. Start free to tailor your resume to job postings, review match scores and keyword gaps, edit your content, and export ATS-friendly PDFs. Your first three resumes usually finish in under a minute. Later free resumes can take from a few minutes to later that day; we’ll email you when they’re ready.
- Yes. TailorMe is designed to work from your actual experience. Review the suggested changes, edit the wording, and download your resume when you’re happy with it. Editing or downloading an existing result again does not use another tailoring run.
- Plus and Pro both include cover letters. Open a tailored resume, choose Cover letter, and generate a draft from your experience and the saved job. Review and edit it, download a matching PDF or Word document, or copy the text into an application. Each plan includes 20 generation attempts per day, resetting at midnight UTC. Editing and downloads do not count toward that limit.
- All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscription purchases. See our refund policy for details and how to request a refund.
- Yes. Cancel anytime to stop your next renewal. You’ll keep access through the end of your paid billing period. US plans offer monthly billing or payment upfront every 3 months.
- TailorMe is carbon negative. We partner with Stripe Climate to fund carbon removal with every purchase.
