TailorMe is operated by Chillify, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use TailorMe.

Job applicants

Chillify, LLC (TailorMe) collects contact details, resumes, answers, and technical request information for recruiting, opening notifications you opt into, and security. Information is private to our hiring team and service providers, including cloud hosting and email providers. We do not sell or share applicant information for advertising. Application records are generally retained four years after the last recruiting activity, or longer when legally required. Opening emails continue until you unsubscribe. Information we collect

  • Affiliate waitlist details (email address, partner type, and an optional social media or website URL).
  • Account details (such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers).
  • Resume and job-posting content that you upload, paste, or generate in the app.
  • Usage and device information needed to operate, secure, and improve TailorMe.
  • Billing-related metadata when you subscribe (payments are processed by Stripe).

How we use information

  • Manage the affiliate waitlist and contact you about affiliate program access. Joining the waitlist does not subscribe you to a general newsletter.
  • Provide and maintain TailorMe services and features.
  • Generate AI-assisted resume tailoring outputs you request.
  • Monitor reliability, detect abuse, and improve performance.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We may share information with vendors and subprocessors that help us operate TailorMe, including cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, AI processing, and payment providers. We may also share information where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. You can also control certain tracking technologies via browser settings.

TailorMe is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
