Your story. Your layout.

Nine distinct designs, built with machine-readable text. Explore bold headers, portrait sidebars, timelines, and expressive typography to find a layout that feels like you.

Classic is free. Eight more designs on Plus and Pro.

Easy to read. Easy to parse.

Every design keeps your experience as real text, with clear sections and structured exports that help recruiters and applicant tracking systems find what matters.

  • Clear, recognizable sections

Experience, education, and skills have distinct headings, so recruiters and software can identify each part of your story.

  • Structured Word documents

Editable DOCX exports use native paragraphs, heading styles, and real bullet lists. Your content stays in the document’s text, ready to read and edit.

  • Selectable text in every PDF

Your resume is exported as readable text, not a flattened image. Even with an optional headshot, your contact details, skills, and experience remain selectable.

A few design details.

Which resume templates are available?

Choose from Classic, Compact professional, Education first, Executive, Profile sidebar, Signature sidebar, Banner, Timeline, and Editorial. Cycle through the designs above to see the same fictional resume in each layout.

Are these resume templates ATS compatible?

Every template preserves selectable text in PDFs and native paragraphs, headings, and bullet lists in Word documents. Classic offers a simple single-column layout for online applications. Columns, photos, and other layout details can parse differently between applicant tracking systems, so follow the employer’s requested file format and review any imported application fields.

Which templates are included in the free plan?

The standard Classic design is available free. The eight additional designs are available on Plus and Pro, along with paid design controls such as custom typography, colors, and page layout. See current pricing for plan details.

Can I customize my resume’s design?

Yes. Plus and Pro design controls include typography, body and name sizes, spacing, margins, Letter or A4 paper, header alignment, and other formatting options. In the resume editor, you can also organize sections, change headings, add custom sections, and hide content without deleting the source.

Can I add a photo to my resume?

Yes. Profile sidebar, Signature sidebar, and Banner support an optional headshot, shown in the examples above. Add your own photo in the workspace or create one in Headshot Studio.

Can I export an editable version?

Yes. Download a PDF or an editable Word document with your chosen design and content. Fonts and pagination can differ from the browser preview, so review the download before submitting.
