TailorMe Pro includes a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscription purchases. To request a refund, email support@tailorme.one from the email address on your TailorMe account.

How refunds work

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund after Stripe processes it.

If your subscription is canceled or refunded, your Pro access may end immediately or at the end of the current billing period, depending on the request.
