Why join now

We started with TailorMe to make applying for jobs easier. Now we’re expanding from tools for individuals into products for businesses, with more on the way. Our ambition is to build the next LinkedIn, without the social media: a place where people find opportunities and companies find the right people.

We’re a small company, so you’ll wear many hats. Your work will cross product boundaries as we build for applicants and employers. Expect to learn new skills, adapt as priorities change, and take responsibility for the work you ship.

How we work

AI native

Support people

Own outcomes
We follow work through shipping, learn from the results, and keep improving.

  • Turn customer problems into useful features, owning design, implementation, testing, and rollout across the stack.
  • Build applied AI features by integrating LLMs and agentic harnesses with product workflows. Evaluate output quality, reliability, latency, and cost.
  • Deploy code in Google Cloud and help maintain reliable services and infrastructure.
  • Use monitoring and product analytics to spot issues, understand customer behavior, and improve shipped features.
  • Work with AI coding tools, review their output carefully, and take responsibility for code quality and security.

What you’ll bring

  • A college degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical specialty is required.
  • Experience building with AI coding tools such as Codex or Claude Code is required.
  • Applied AI skills, including integrating LLMs and agentic harnesses into working features.
  • Strong programming fundamentals and familiarity with cloud deployment, monitoring, and analytics. Coursework and personal projects count.
  • Experience with Go, React, Terraform, or Google Cloud is a plus.

  • Employer-sponsored health insurance
  • Unlimited paid time off
  • 13 paid holidays
  • Equipment and work-related expense reimbursement
